Mixing

We have a high mixing capacity (1.500 kg each day) and we are capable of using lines of different sizes for maximum production flexibility.

Packaging

We can fill both bottles, tubes and doypacks, in a wide variety of sizes:

• Bottles: 8 lines for filling semi-dense liquids and liquids, also in small formats.
• 2 refill filling line.
• Tubes: 3 lines

Blowing

Internal blowing capacity of PE bottles, allowing us to develop quickly and be cost-competitive: 5 blowing plants for PE bottles, with a capacity of up to 1 litre.

Laboratories

We have 4 in-house laboratories:

• R&S laboratory
• Instrumental laboratory
• Chemical laboratory
• Microbiological laboratory

Logistics

Our external warehouse has a storage capacity of 15,000 pallets. We can also offer dedicated storage and logistics services according to customer requirements.
